The Berkeley with feature spars from £3,375 + delivery

The Berkeley is similar to the Richmond porch kit, but is supplied with three traditional gable roof spars. The design features a wealth of elegant details and complements houses of all styles. The Berkeley is available for full height, or dwarf wall configurations and can be supplied with or without feature diamond side frame and rails.

 

  • The Berkeley can be produced up to a maximum width of 1700mm between posts. For a wider porch, please select the ' Surrey ' porch + spars 
  • Available in redwood, redwood with hardwood posts, or all hardwood with redwood rafters
  • Optional side waist and foot rails and feature diamond
  • The Berkeley porch kit features a three spoked traditional detail above the front cross beam
  • The gable end can be glazed between the spars
  • Available in full height, or dwarf wall configuration
